RIP Jimi Jamison

Jimi Jamison, lead singer from 80s rock band Survivor, passed away on Sunday of a heart attack at the age of 63.

One of the great power vocalists of the 80s, his list of hits is both impressive and fantastically cheesy when you consider how many seminal films and shows of the 80s have his voice on the soundtrack- BURNING HEART (Rocky IV), THE MOMENT OF TRUTH (The Karate Kid), I'M ALWAYS HERE (Baywatch). Other hits include HIGH ON YOU, THE SEARCH IS OVER and IS THIS LOVE.
